Samaa and Saad met at an event Samaa was hosting in Dubai, designed to connect creatives together. Saad had been invited as a plus-one of a mutual friend to DJ. Having moved from Dubai to Abu Dhabi just a week earlier for work, he made the 1.5 hour drive to attend and, even then, was not sure he wanted to go in. He spent nearly half an hour circling the block, debating whether to walk inside, before finally deciding to go. That single choice created a ripple effect that changed the course of both of their lives forever.

What began as an easy conversation quickly turned into something more. They bonded over their shared love for music, creativity, and the familiar balancing act of pursuing passion projects while navigating demanding professional lives. It felt natural, like they were speaking the same language from the start.

Their first date was a simple breakfast, and a defining one. From the start, Samaa wasted no time asking the difficult questions (more like grilling him), and Saad met them with honesty, confidence, and thoughtfulness. The conversation felt easy but intentional, setting the tone for what followed.

As their relationship grew, they discovered how deeply aligned they were in their values, outlook on life, and what they wanted to build together. They share a love for travel and exploration, and finding joy in the small things, like wandering local supermarkets and discovering new snacks everywhere they go. Whether navigating everyday life or new cities, they learned that what matters most is how they move through the world together.

Today, their relationship is built on partnership, trust, curiosity, and shared purpose, and they are so excited to celebrate this next chapter with the people who mean the most to them.

TIPS & TRICKS

You can use both USD and LBP (Lebanese Pounds) in the country. The rate is around: 89,000 LBP=1$.

All restaurants and bars take payments in both LBP or USD.

Most of the hotels and stores will accept your payment in credit card but it is recommended that you use cash for small stores and shops.

CASH TIPS

MOVING AROUND

Lebanon is a relatively small country but moving around different areas can be cumbersome without a car, especially during the summer  season. There are no reliable public transport alternatives.

Airport taxis can be a bit pricey, so we don’t really recommend them. Instead, here are some Beirut taxis you can WhatsApp and book in advance — much easier and more budget-friendly!

Beirut Taxis (for trips in and out of Beirut):

You can download Allo Taxi or Uber App

ACCOMODATION GUIDE
  • We love your little ones, but this will be an adult-only celebration so everyone can fully enjoy the evening.

  • The celebration will be outdoors.

  • 1st of May 2026

  • There will be some cobblestone and grass, so plan accordingly.

Heel protectors will be provided on-site to protect ladies’ heels on the grass. We suggest you wear something you can dance the night away in!

  • Formal or black tie optional, with a Lebanese twist.

We’d love to see everyone in elegant, elevated eveningwear. Think beautiful gowns, sharp tailoring, and thoughtfully styled looks, and don’t be afraid to wear color.

Please keep the outdoor setting in mind when choosing fabrics and footwear. The goal is to feel polished, comfortable, and ready to celebrate.

With Love,
